What's New
CSDA is pleased to present the 2010 Cases of Interest for Child Support Attorneys Supplement. The 2010 Supplement summarizes important cases since the 2009 version of the publication. Together, the 2009 Supplement and 2010 Cases of Interest provide a comprehensive review of California case law. The 2010 Supplement is approximately 10 pages in length and is meant to be inserted in the back of the 2009 Cases of Interest.
The cost to purchase is $15/member, $20 non-member.

Child Support Attorney Sourcebook (2009)
This publication provides a comprehensive reference guide on issues faced by IV-D attorneys practicing law in California. Topics range from parentage, procedure, support, enforcement, to evidence, UIFSA, and analyzing tax returns. It includes current and relevant citations to statutory and case law - perfect for use in courtroom practice and as a desktop reference. Updated annually - April 1, 2010.
Child Support Interstate Supplement (2009)
This publication is a collection of interjurisdictional legal authority. It contains an authoritative review of interstate child support enforcement, including an introduction to UIFSA and it's major concepts, and sections for case citations including UIFSA, FFACCOSA and (R) URESA. The book's focus is for California child support professionals but is useful for any jurisdiction.
In May 2010, the Child Support Interjurisdictional Sourcebook will replace what is currently known as the 2008 Interstate Sourcebook and the 2009 Interstate Sourcebook Supplement. New information including tribal and international sources will be featured. Updated annually - May 1, 2010.

Face of Child Support in California (2010)
This publication chronicles the activities of a day in the life of a child support professional. It shares the moving and inspirational stories of our customers and gives you a sense of the workload that we encounter everyday. Counties are also welcome to download an accompanying powerpoint suitable for local presentations. It provides a condensed overview of the publication. CSDA has also provided a second powerpoint which offers a more traditional overview of the publication.
