Topic covered include: Cvil Contempt, Introduction to Documentary Evidence, a Mock Preliminary Hearing, Criminal Prosecution of Nonpaying Support Obligors, Project Save Our Children, and an overview of Federal Criminal Non Support Statutes.

The target audience for this training includes, but is not limited to Child Support Attorneys, Child Support Officers, Paralegals, District Attorney Investigators and Prosecutors.
