The Volume 8, Issue 2 Edition of the CSDA Newsletter is now available in PDF. In this edition, David Oppenheim delivers some good news on the federal budget, we hear directly from the pilots how the FIDM transition is going, and Laura Roth gives us an update on the Tribal Relations Workgroup. This edition offers the usual committee/training updates with a special a breakdown of the implications of the CSS letter that addresses the Plumas v. Rodriguez case given by CSDA Legal Practices Chair Adele Hendrickson.
