Committee Mission

Objectives

• Identify and encourage the adoption of uniform legal best practices.
•  Facilitate statewide communication to LCSAs and the courts regarding legal best practices.  
•  Identify and comment on automation issues that will impact legal practices in the child support program.  
•  Identify training needs for LCSA attorney staff regarding legal practice issues. 
•  Provide a forum for discussion and resolution of issues in the IV-D legal community. .
