2010 Interjurisdictional Sourcebook

CSDA is pleased to introduce the 2010 Interjurisdictional Sourcebook.This publication is a collection of interjurisdictional legal authority. It contains an authoritative review of interstate child support enforcement, including an introduction to UIFSA, UIFSA major concepts, and sections for case citations, including UIFSA, FFACCOSA and (R)URESA.  The appendix includes a controlling order worksheet and a modification jurisdiction worksheet, as well as FFACCSOA as amended in 1997. A UIFSA and California Family Code reference chart and the complete (R)URESA as last in effect in California are also included. The book’s focus is for California child support professionals, but is a valuable tool for any jurisdiction. This publication has replaced what was known as the "2008 Interstate Sourcebook and Supplement"
