Mission
The mission of the Interjurisdictional committee is to work with
the Child Support Directors Association (CSDA) board to educate and to identify
policy issues for board consideration that involve international, interstate,
or intercounty issues.

Goals
The Interjurisdictional committee:

Analyzes new regulations, policies, and legislative proposals that impact the
Interjurisdictional caseload

In collaboration with other committees, provides feedback and recommendations
to the CSDA board regarding proposed regulations, policies, and legislative
proposals
-
Pursuant to the guidance of the CSDA board, works with the State Department of
Child Support Services, the State Central Register, the Office of Child Support
Enforcement, and other child support professionals to assist in the
implementation of interjurisdictional policies

Educates CSDA membership of new developments in international, interstate, or
intercounty child support practice

Objectives
The Interjurisdictional committee:

Analyzes proposed policies, regulations, and legislation that effect
international, interstate, and intercounty cases

Works with the board and other CSDA committees to adopt policies recommended to
the board on these proposals and assists in educating our membership on these
issues

OCSE Action Transmittals
The Federal
Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) has issued
the following transmittal letters introducing new interstate forms and transmittals.
This will have implications for ARS, CASES and the new state system and staff who
will start seeing the new forms. For additional information please contact Interjurisdictional
