Committee Mission
The mission of the CSDA Attorney Faculty Committee is to design and coordinate the presentation of quality trainings that include a variety of topics and networking opportunities to meet the needs of child support attorneys. The Committee evaluates the training and educational needs of those it serves. The Committee also provides Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).

The Lawyers Assistance Program provides free State Bar approved self-study in the Detection, Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse.
Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) refers to the approved continuing legal education required of California attorneys. Attorneys, including those who are Exempt, are required to submit a Compliance Card to the
California State Bar to verify that they have complied with their
MCLE requirement.
Other opportunities available for self-study include the 2008 Child Support Attorney College (DVD) and the Contempt and Criminal Enforcement Training (DVD). Please visit our

What's New
CSDA along with assistance from individuals from around the nation, at all levels of government, is planning a National Child Support Attorney College. The event will be held April 26 - 29, 2010 at the Westin South Coast Plaza in Orange County, California. More information to come!
