Committee Mission
The mission of the CSDA Appellate Committee is to be an advocate for the California Title IV-D program before the courts of appeal and the Supreme Court; as part of that advocacy, to urge the publication of cases helpful to the program; and to work closely with the Chief Counsel of the California Department of Child Support Services.
